What's a good tip?

This is the first year that I let my leagues dissolve (didn't have time to run them) and just joined 2 other leagues.

I have won first in one of the leagues and am wondering what a good tip is for the commish? I've never accepted tips before in my leagues, but I think that they're pretty customary?

5%? 10%?

I think 10% is a nice gesture. I haven't been in many leagues where this is done, but I think it should be done more. 5% is a bit of a waste of time, so "go big or go home"
