In all honsesty I am not sure that Martz was doing that bad of a job. Once Cutler was gone, his high risk offense fell apart. The decision to have Hanie could have been due to Martz ego not allowing him to tell Angelo to seek a better back up last off season. What stuns me is that Lovey wasn't let go as well.
