Keeper Help WHIR!

Im in a 12 team keeper league where you start 21 players and keep 12 (6 off and 6 def) for next year, so the league is very very deep so please keep that in mind. My defensive keepers are set but I need a little help on the offensive side. The restrictions are 1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 TE. I took over this team 9 games into the year and made a few moves and I have the #1 pick in the draft next year (which will be Luck). The players im thinking of keeper are as follows:

QB Alex Smith SF
RB Ryan Matthews SD
RB LeGarrette Blount TB
RB Mark Ingram NO
WR Mario Manningham NYG
WR Torrey Smith BAL
WR Eric Decker DEN
TE Fred Davis WAS

I feel I need to keep A.Smith with not knowing if Luck will be starting if he goes to Indy, or I could redraft a low end QB (Smith was solid all season). I need too keep Matthews (no brainer) but should I risk it with Ingram or keep Blount who had a sub par year. As for WR Im keeping Decker (Tebow is killing his fantasy value:() Davis is a stud with a terrible QB. So would you keep Manningham (offense with tons of weapons) or Torrey Smith which is one of Balts only deep threats. Right now I am thinking of keeping, A. Smith, Matthews, Blount, Decker, Smith and Davis. Any input would be awesome, WHIR as always.

Automatics IMO

RB - Matthews - given
RB - Ingram - more upside than Blount and will get you catches. NO held him back some this year... I think he is the main man next year.
WR - Smith - love his talent/speed
TE - Davis - given

Smith is a low QB1/high QB2... is every other team keeping their QB? If so, maybe you don't keep Smith as you can draft him or someone similar (and if every other team kept a QB, they won't be drafting a QB high).

With that said, I'm really not a fan of Manningham and I haven't seen enough of Decker to conclude...

I would probably hope for a better qb than A. Smith, there looks to be a decent draft class this upcoming year.

The big note here: Keep Torrey Smith, he'll be money.

What are your league specs like scoring system... Also what do you lose per keeper (draft picks etc..)

I would keep these six.
I would try to trade Blount for a better WR.

See if you can package Decker, Davis and Blount for maybe Colston/Smith/Nicks/Bowe and Vernon Davis or something.

I can only keep 2 RBs, which makes the question, would you rather have Ingram or Blount? Im leaning towards Blount but I really think NO will associate Ingram in the offense next year way more than they did this year. You would think with a new coach Blount will get more touches too. Not sure what to do here.
