Someone has offered me Reggie Wayne for Jason Witten in my keeper league should I accept this deal I am ready keeping Brees and how it works is for each player you keep sets you back in picks during the draft.

What picks do you give up if you keep either Wayne or Witten? Neither are worth a 2nd round pick (assuming Brees will cost you a first round pick).
