Salary cap is 75,000,000 what would you pay for QB's like Brees, Brady or Aaron Rogers also would you spend more on a QB or a RB.

Depends on what other positions go for and what not and your scoring.
If QB heavy league I'd have no problem spending up to 25m on one that's 1/3 of your salary but you can find good WR-3/4 and RB handcuffs no problem for minimum.

Guys like DHB, Meacham Torrey Smith, etc are cheap and good upside plays.
