The Raiders bid an expected farewell to linebacker and sack-leader Kamerion Wimbley on Friday but also confirmed their first two free agent acquisitions -- as well as potential starters -- in Houston guard Mike Brisiel and St. Louis cornerback Ron Bartell.

The Wimbley move was made in advance of a deadline that would have triggered $17.5 million in contract guarantees, with the Briesel and Bartell signings announced later in the day. ... on-wimbley

This is pretty old news seeing as he has already signed with the Titans. He gets a bump up in IDP because he will be a full-time DE. As a die-hard Raider fan I believe he was overrated. He had 7 sacks last year but 4 of them came against the Chargers 3rd string LT. Despite his sizable frame, he is a non-factor on running plays. Unless your league rewards heavily for sacks I would have him as a #3 DE spot starter type of guy.
