Rate my team; trade advice

I'm in a 8-team league through Yahoo. Point system is as follows:
6 pts. for a TD (passing, rushing or receiving)
.1 pt. for every 10 yeards passing, rushing or receiving
.25 points for every pass completion, reception or rush attempt
Defensive stats are traditional.

Lineups are 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 WR/RB, 1 DT, 1 K, 1 TE

TE--^Chad Lewis, Ernie Conwell

I've been offered the following trade...McAllister and Williams or Terrell Owens and Jamal Lewis. My gut tells me not to do it, as McAllister could have a huge year rushing and receiving for New Orleans.

your team looks good to me. between mcnabb, deuce, williams, and george, none of them should have been around in the 4th round. moulds is great value in the 5th and ur wrs after that are solid. (im lookin for gardner to break out). te, k and d are also good. drop conwell and pick up a rb.

ur gut would be right. dont do that trade.

dont do that trade you have three very solid RBs to play and that is more valuable for the long haul than the better WR
