Alright guys, I have Stafford and MJD in a 1 keeper league. The catch is that we are switching to a 2 keeper league after this years draft. The scoring is standard, 6pts for rushing TD/4pts for passing TD.

I love MJD but I'm thinking I should trade him away and keep Stafford. I say this because the other elite QBs are going to be kept (Brady,Brees,Rodgers,Cam) and if I dont hold onto Stafford the only other guys I would have a chance at are Vick,Eli,and Peyton which are all considerably older than Stafford and more question marks. I could get elite production out of stafford for possibly another 6 years.

With that said, someone has offered me a trade for MJD so i could improve draft picks. They offered me to advance to 4.2 and 6.2 from 4.10 and 6.10 for MJD. Right now im trying to get advanced from 2.10 to 2.2 and give up 5.3 for 5.10 and MJD so I could get a back like Murray,Richardson, or even AP at 2.2

Sorry if this wording is confusing I tried my best. Basically should I keep stafford and trade MJD to improve draft picks? Or should I ride MJD the next few years praying he doesnt break down and take a QB like Vick or Peyton and pray they go off this year?

where do you pick in the first round?

I would vote to keep Stafford and hope he stays healthy. Last year he really went off and unless he breaks down again, I think he will improve more. MJD has been the workhorse of the JAX offense for years, sometime he has to break down.

If you can get a good haul and upgrade in your picks for MJD then you should do it, but don't just look to move up in those specific rounds, try to upgrade the rounds you are picking in (turn your 6th round to a 4th round for example).

I'm not sure I feel really strong about either, that said, I'd err on the side of Stafford. MJD is too prone to randomly ending his career on the field.
