Trading draft picks.

12 team PPR keeper league (First year so no keepers yet).

I have the 11th overall pick. I have been offered a trade by the guy with the 8th overall pick. He offered me the 8th overall pick, 17th, 41st and 104th pick in exchange for my 11th, 14th, 38th, and 86th overall pick. Personally, I don't think there is enough value after the top 4 picks to warrant trading up, but does anyone think I should take it?

Looking at the value of the picks alone, I wouldn't do it. He's giving the highest of the picks, but that's only 3 spots higher than your first pick. You give up more than you are receiving in value, the drop off from 8 to 11 is not that significant.

Unless you have the flexibility to accept it as the draft is going and a player you covet drops to 8, I don't think it helps you.

The value is close, but unless someone falls to 8 that you covet, I would probably stay put.
