October 30 2012, 05:30 EST Fleaflicker's main datacenter is located in New York City. The flooding caused by Hurricane Sandy has affected our connectivity. We're working around the clock to bring our systems back online. Follow us on Facebook or Twitter for the latest updates.

October 30 2012, 16:45 EST Our datacenter is down because the fuel pumps feeding our backup generators are flooded. Servers and generators are not damaged. Building crews are currently working to drain the flooded rooms.

Not sure what to tell you in regards to waiver wire bidding, other than I hope it is up soon.
