Establish Keeper league looking for owners

Hey guys, I'm looking for at least 1 owner for an Olympia, WA area based league.
This league has been going since 1989.
What I am looking for is honest, knowledgeable owners who are willing to play all season and want to have fun.
This will be a serious league but a good fun league as well. This is a keeper league.
We use a constitution. I can email the constitution to you if you like.

Type--Head to Head

Scoring--3 pts TD pass, 3 pts TD catch, 6 pts TD run (Doubles if over 50 yards).
1 pt XP 3 pts FG (doubles over 50 yards) 1 pt for 2pt pass, 1 pt for 2pt catch, 2 pts for 2pt run
5 pts 30 completions, 5 pts 300 yards passing, 5 pts 400 yards passing 5 pts 100 rushing, 5 pts 100 yards receiving, 5 pts 5 receptions 5 pts 200 yards combined rushing/receiving.
6 pts int TD, 6 pts fumble TD, 6 pts Punt ret TD, 6 pts Kick ret TD, 6 pts Blk FG/Punt TD (No doubling)
Saftey 2 pts, Sack 1pt, Fumble recovery 1 pt, Int 1 pt, Defense shutout 5 pts

Add/drop policy--FAAB $500
Draft type--LIVE AUCTION (Date/Time: September 1st @ 0900 hrs)
Salary Cap (Draft day only) $350
Roster (Total)--2 QB, 4 RB, 6 Receivers (WR/TE), 2 TE, 2 K, 2 Def./Special Teams. An owner could have 8 TE
Roster (Starters)--1 QB, 2 RB, 3 Receivers (WR/TE), 1 TE, 1 K, 1 D/S Team. An owner could start 4 TE

Protected players--At least 3 players plus a Franchise Tag player. Once we get 12 or more owners, then it will go to 4 protected players plus a Franchise Tag player the following year.

Max number of years a player can be protected 3 years (after initial acquisition). After 3rd year a player could be a Franchise tagged player for up to 2 more. Each team is allowed only one Franchised Tagged player per year though.

Entry fee's- $50 (for prize pool) $17 (for weekly winner) $8 (stat service)
Payout---50% Fantasy Bowl Winner; 25% Runner up; 15% 3rd Place; 10% 4th Place; this is for the prize pool only.
Weekly winners is pulled from a weelkly winner pool.

I would like to get to 16 owners, But it isn't a requirement
We need one owner as of now to get to 10 owners. After that, if we have more owners interested in joining, it will need to be in pairs (10, 12, 14, 16), as we will not have a "house" team.
