Help a newbie out

Postby Amorican » Wed Jul 04, 2012 8:56 pm

I'm in a 12 team, non-ppr league where we have 4 keepers. Obviously going to keep A Foster and L McCoy. Need to keep 2 of these 4: VJax, L Fitzgerald, AJ Greene or M. Schaub. As you can imagine, other than maybe having a shot at a rookie, if I don't keep Schaub, I'll need to select the likes of Cutler, R Fitz, J Freeman, etc. most teams keep their qbs so the top 9 or 10 are gone.

Thanks in advance for your help,
TB

Welcome to the Cafe.

I would keep Fitzgerald and Green, and it's not even close.

The nice thing about most everyone keeping QBs is that you can pick a QB later... Schaub falls into a tier of about 6 QBs that are startable, even if they aren't elite. So keep your 2 RBs and 2 WRs and pick up 2 QBs like Schaub during the draft that you can use in a committee approach.

Good luck!

Absolutley Fitz and Green. If you only keep 4 each, theres a chance u get better than a Schaub early in the redraft depending on others rosters.

Great 4 keepers BTW, dominant. Foster/McCoy/Fitz/AJ is pretty elite.

I agree with the others, Fitzy/AJ Green.

Everyone is giving you the right answer. Fitz is elite and AJ is only going to get better after an incredible rookie season. Go ahead and shoot for Cutler or even Dalton in your redraft.

Green and Fitz, you could very well end up with being able to draft Schaub, but either of those 2 guys would most likely get drafted before you have a chance
