1-3. Foster, McCoy, Rice (general top 3 consensus)
4-6. MJD, CJ, Matthews (popular next 3)
Who would you say is next?
7-9?
McFadden (injury concerns)
Peterson (usually top of the pack but coming off major injury)
Forte (unhappy and has michael bush back there now)
other?
charles (injury and never carried that workload)
richardson (rookie and injury concerns?)
lynch (maintain beast mode? lack of ppr)
murray (unproven)
fred jax (inj and spiller)
steve jax (old?)
turner (old? and no ppr)
gore (inj and old?)

It comes down to personal preference after the top three imo. MJD, Mathews, CJ, Lynch, Charles, McFadden, Forte, Peterson, and Richardson in any order round out the top 12 running backs. I would rank them...
Tier 1
McCoy
Foster
Rice
Tier 2
Mathews
MJD
Lynch
Charles
Johnson
T-Rich
Forte
McFadden
Peterson
Thanks Franchise Fan for the sig!

I like AP a lot, and I think even if TRich isn't putting up multiple 120 yard 2td games, you're going to be happy to have a workhorse on any team that doesn't do a RBBC

mcfadden's injury history makes me nervous
and AD is coming of a huge injury..he'll either never be the same or have a slow start. Drafting him you committed to finding out which one it is..and if its never you're screwed

That's pretty good IMO. There's a clear break after the top 3, pre-season anyway, and the tier 2 guys are pretty interchangeable. I might put Forte a little higher and Richardson a little lower. Assuming your top 6, I'd probably go ahead and have Lynch at #7.
Hope that helps...Could use some thoughts on mine!
