I would do it in a redraft league, but not in a dynasty league ;-D

This. Rookies love big TEs to throw to, Luck loves Fleener anyways. He could easily be top 10, pushing top 5 in at least 2 years.

I would rather have Fleener in any format. He will be Lucks favorite target from day 1.

This. I'm not sold on Cook. He has wonderful physical attributes but something's not clicking consistently, and TEN has added other receiving weapons.

The Colts are going to be down... a lot... and Fleener is going to see a ton of targets.
