This one is tough, on the surface I probably like Hernandez better but you already have 3 top 12 TEs imo, I think you need the depth more at WR instead of carrying another TE. After your top 3 your depth at WR could go either way, I'd hold on to Blackmon and hope they get a real QB in 2013.

I would make the trade although its very close. Blackmon will not see your starting lineup much and Hernandez is a top 5 TE which you don't have right now. ;-D

I would do it. Even more so if you can move Pettigrew or Jared Cook for another WR?

Do it for sure, nothing wrong with a lot of TE depth

I'm not on the Hernandez train this season. I'd much rather ride the only WR in Jacksonville worth mentioning. Also, you have really good tight ends anyways, I don't see the need for the trade.

I like the move for you, especially since it's non-PPR. Davis is 1 doobie away from a year-long suspension; Cook has upside but may not ever realize it in TEN; and Pettigrew is a solid-but-unspectacular TE. Hernandez gives you a consensus top-3 TE to go along with the rest of your stud starters.

Agree with Thrifty that you should look to deal one (or more) of your other TEs for WR depth. I would look to move Davis as he has the highest perceived value.

I would counter and have him throw in WR3 or WR4, and throw in either Davis or Cook......I like Petigrew in that offense as a #2TE.........

But yes it improves your team, Depth on the WR side is somthing I would strive for to make it a no brainer.....

Good Luck.

If you can get him to throw a WR in the deal too like others are saying then I say do the deal. I like that idea better than just a straight up swap.
