I'm just starting a new PPR league. I've never been a commissioner before so I'm new at this. I already have 3 owners signed up and 4 others who will sign up. I have 3 openings. It will play using ESPN Website and fees and payouts will be through LeagueSafe.com. Entry fee is $50.00. The draft will be online.
