Better RB3

Jahvid Best or Willis McGahee (ppr league).

Best is a huge injury risk (one more concussion and he's done) and he has some backups breathing down his neck (Leshore and Smith), but he puts up stud numbers when he's healthy.

McGahee does not have much competition and posted top 15 RB fantasy numbers last year, but he's old and Manning might take away some of his carries.

Any thoughts?

Non-ppr I am taking McGahee. Peyton will help him out tremendously. 1000+ and double-digit scores are definitely within range of this guy, he just needs to remain healthy-- he does have a lot of miles on those tires.
A win next week and all is forgotten.

I like consistency over risk so... I would go with Mcgahee.

I'd draft both if given the chance - and both are pretty affordable in terms of ADP.

I would also make a point of drafting LeShoure (if you take Best) or Hillman (if you go with McGahee) - also very affordable.

I'd swing for the fences with Best. you'll be happy to get anything out of either guy, but Best has a much higher ceiling.

From what I have read, Mc Gahhe is on the outs with Fox and the staff and Hillman may be the guy there. I am avoiding Denver unless I can get Hillman at value and stash him to see how it actually plays out. On the other side, I really really like Best in teh Detroit offense. I think the sky is the limit for him as long as he can stay healthy. I know thats a big if though....

I like Hillman but he needs to get healthy and get more reps in training camp.

RB Ronnie Hillman - Has struggled with a hamstring injury that has kept him on the sideline. They want him to be the No. 2, but he has to get healthy first to show he's ready. He sits at No. 3 on the first depth chart behind Willis McGahee and Lance Ball.
