How to do an auto-drafter in a live draft?

My league is doing a live offline draft at the end of August but there are a couple members who cannot be there for the live draft. They want to turn in a priority list and be autodrafted the same as if it were online. Can anybody point me to a tool where I can input these members priority list in and our picks as we go along with the live draft and have it automatically select for the missing members?

The owner of the team would have to set their own pre-draft rankings.

From what I'm aware of, bots take over for unavailable players not matter the site.
