Welcome to the Cafe ;-D

Take some time to look around and I'm sure you'll find everything you need. Check out the rankings for the Cafe's take on every player. You can read the articles such as the "Positional Plans" to learn more about draft strategy. If you have a specific question about your team you can ask it in the Draft, Trade, Waiver, and Keeper forum (as well as the Roster Ratings forum) where someone will answer your question in no time. One important thing to remember about this forum is the more information you give in your opening post, the easier it is to answer your question. When we answer questions at the Cafe we like to take into account league size, scoring settings, the rest of your roster, who is available on the waiver wire, and everything else.

So as far as your Kenny Britt question, I'd need to know more about the rest of your team, the rest of your league, where you got him in your draft, who you can replace him with, how big your benches are, etc. :-D

I think you drafted a solid team. Pretty stout all around. You have depth at wr and rb which allow you to swing some trades to improve your starters.

Your TE is weak in my eyes. Not a bad team all in all. I would scour the waiver wire for a good backup TE.

Not a bad draft at all. It looks like you picked up Britt later in the draft, which is where he will be going. If you can afford to keep him on your bench, I would keep him. If he can get out from under his personal issues he could turn into a very good WR later in the season. You have great WR depth anyway, you don't need Britt right away.
