Ok so first off if you are trying to get Stafford you will need to offer a QB.
Im not going to look too deep here because just throwing out a trade doesnt guarantee success. If you were getting an offer and evaluating it would be different.
My thoughts when trading are always look at the other teams weakness and if you are strong in that area offer that. Both of you are pretty weak at QB without proven backups. You are decently strong all the way through but his weakness is RB, WR. I would try to offer a the QB swap and a RB like Forte for Demarius Thomas.
Losing Forte isnt going to hurt that much. The team simply doesnt appreciate his hard work and performance and wont pay him what he is worth. You get a WR who has not yet hit stride but is still young and now has Manning at the helm.
Give up a little depth at RB get some at Wr and get the QB you want

At the very least, it would take giving him Manning and Jamaal Charles or Matt Forte. He has no RBs, so that'd help him.
If you're confident in CJ1k (which I'm not. Personal preference), you could even offer him both Charles and Forte to get it done. Still gives you CJ1k and LeCoy as starters, and you upgrade at QB. Steep price, yes, but Stafford is pretty valuable.
If you're not confident in CJ returning to form (or if you're fine with Charles/Forte running with McCoy), I'd offer him CJ - Stafford straight up, then throw in Manning if he turns down the first offer.
Personally, considering your RB and WR power, I wouldn't be that worried with Eli at the helm. But if you really want Stafford..
Just be cautious that you will only gain about 60-70 points a season above Eli assuming last years #'s so dont give too much. By giving a bench player that helps him and it doesnt hurt you. You want to walk out of this without giving up weekly points.
