I offer a guy Laraunt Robinson WR Jax for rookie Josh Cooper straight up. I have tons of depth at WR in a 16 team 41 player dynasty Roster to include Larry Fitz, Marques Colston, Miles Austin, Brandon Marshall as my WR1-4.
The guy rejects but comes back with Evan Royster RB Wash and J.Cooper for Ryan Mathews!
I have GREAT backs, A.Foster, Ryan Mathews, Darren Sproles, Pierre Thomas and Rashad Jennings... And this is a PPR league and Sproles was our #1 RB in our Dynasty league.. But this trade offer was just bloddy awful and insulting.
Then the guy posts, "WOW, how can anyone trade with you when you dont bend?"
Yeah it's crazy what some people think is fair from their point of view. I once had someone offer me Favre for Peyton, and this was one of those offseasons when Favre was tentatively retired and no one knew if he'd even play. Their reasoning was 'well you've got a good backup.'
Other people just want to low-ball the snot out of trade offers. I usually just say 'if that's what you're starting with, we're too far about to even talk' so they don't waste my time with more BS. I also don't like that TV show pawn starts FWIW
Last year I had someone offer me T Jackson for A Rodgers, J Graham, and a 1st this year. Then he was upset I rejected it. This is a dynasty league we have had going for years but this year his wife won't let him play.
