Help with keepers and first overall pick in dynasty!

12 team H2H, 22 man rosters, 17 keepers, start QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, TE, W/R, 2 W/R/T, K, DEF, 3 IDP, 7 Bench

QB: JFreeman, KKolb
WR: VCruz, JMaclin, RWhite, EDecker, LMoore, SRice
RB: JCharles, MForte, JAddai, DCarter, KMoreno, JRinger
TE: JGresham, ODaniels
K: NNovak
DEF: Saints
IDP: JByrd, CLofton, DJWilliams

I have the first overall pick in the upcoming draft and am torn between Richardson and RG3. I would like to sure up my QB spot, but believe Freeman will bounce back.

For what it's worth, would you trade the first overall pick for the fourth overall pick and Andy Dalton? Would likely miss out on TRich, RG3 and Luck, but would pick up a young starting QB in the process.

Please help me identify my 17 keepers and gameplan for my first round pick!

Despite being in the woeful Browns offense I don't think you can pass up on T Rich. Guys like him come around once or twice a decade.

I would go with T-Rich with the 1st round pick. The trade is an easy pass.

I'd take TRich in the first without a doubt.

Charles, Forte, Moreno, Ringer
Gresham, Daniels

I like Carter over Moreno...Moreno isn't even guarenteed a roster spot and is likely stuck behind Mcgahee/Hillman. He's also coming back from a torn ACL. Delone Carter atleast has a better chance to carve out a niche in the Colts backfield whether it be goalline back or some sort of change of pace and if Brown goes down he's the likely starter.

Addai is finished, and I wouldn't bother keeping NO DEF or Novak since he's sure to get cut for Kaeding eventually.

Then I draft T.Rich 1st overall.

Agree with the keepers, reasons, and draft pick. Richardson you take him number 1. The trade is garbage, I would consider trading back into the top 3 if a vet RB was included, then you draft RG3/Luck and you have a vet RB. Unless you get a great offer, then stay put and draft Richardson.
