Draft Strategy for League with QB/WR/WB/TE Flex

Don't get married to the idea of which position in which round. If you're stuck looking at scraps at QB in the 2nd round because they fly off the draft board early, then it makes total sense not to draft another QB because of the great value at other positions. But if your leaguemates are ignoring the QB position, then feel free to pounce.

I do agree with you there. As with any draft, strategy will be dictated largely by what other people do. If this league uses the "old standard philosophy" and people load up on stud RBs in the first two rounds, then I pounce on the elite QBs. But if the others try to go nuts on QBs, too, it's best to grab the best I can find early - since a top 10 QB is a strong asset - and hope for someone in the "sleeper" category later. Maybe a Robert Griffin would be good in that realm, though I don't think he's real "sleeper" territory...
