Mock Draft July 27th

Postby Wood Chipper » Fri Jul 27, 2012 7:59 pm

I went a new route and picked #5 this time. I am picking #3 in my real draft but it was just for fun. Needless to say my RB depth is weak but I got some real steals.

Very solid starters, but Peterson could be a problem if they start him off with a reduced workload for the first few games. I like Stewart but he's stuck in an RBBC that limits his value. I'm not real big on Kevin Smith. There's still hope for Thomas, but he's prob more of a long term project and may not put up very numbers again this year. Scott could have some decent games. Gonzo is getting a little long in the tooth for my liking, but he may have one more good year in him. I think Palmer will step up this year and that makes Moore a solid WR.

Yeah I'm just not a fan of my rb corps outside of Richardson. Surprised I got Brees in round 2.

Lots of positive (elite options at QB/WR, good WR depth) but way too weak at RB for a 10 team league. I would've taken Doug Martin over Johnathan Stewart. Actually, I would've taken Doug Martin over Jeremy Maclin.

I overlooked him :( He is ranked in the 80's so it happens sometimes.
