WR Issues

Postby Zbetty » Sat Jul 28, 2012 9:56 am

14 team dynasty PPR IDP
start 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE

QB- Aaron Rodgers, Matt Flynn
RB- Ryan Mathews, Darren McFadden, Marshawn Lynch, Doug Martin
WR- Greg Jennings, Hakeen Nicks, Mike Wallace, Greg Little
TE- Jimmy Graham, Ed Dickson
Won't get into the IDP

With Nicks being on the PUP, the situation in Pitt (which I think more teams should handle things in this manner but it sucks for my team), and Greg Little being a boom or bust player this year I'm worried about my depth. I may just be panicking but here are some offers I just put out there.

Little and two first next year for Calvin
Little and two first next year for AJ Green
Little and two first next year for Jolio
Little and one first next year for Maclin
Little and one first next year for Dez
My thinking is my team is so stacked and with all young players I really don't need the picks next year. Is this the correct way to proceed or is it an overreaction?
QB- Aaron Rodgers, Russel Wilson
RB- Doug Martin, Marshawn Lynch, Lamar Miller, Dujuan Harris
WR- Michael Crabtree, Hakeem Nicks, Jordy Nelson, Greg Jennings
TE- Jimmy Graham, Rob Housler

If you can get any of those first deals done I would. I would do the deal for Dez too, but not Maclin. I'm not positive you can get a team to agree to that, I suppose it depends on the quality of the picks.

I'm not worried about your WRs as far as this year goes so I wouldn't panic, but if you get a chance to upgrade this year might as well.

If you can get that Calvin Johnson deal done jump all over that one and guarentee yourself a championship this season.

I would do all those trades except the Maclin one. That is giving up too much for Maclin

Man, your team is stacked. Since you're playing 2 WRs at a time, I wouldn't worry about Little until your bye week. He has the same bye as Jennings does. Keep that in mind. The first three deals are excellent though. The last two I wouldn't touch.
