Bowe - No question. Desean Jackson is one of the most frustrating players in fantasy football. He can put up a huge game when he breaks 1 or 2 long ones but he has too many horrible games in PPR leagues. Pick the steady hand in Bowe and don't look back

What's the situation on Bowe's holdout though?

Bowe still hasn't signed his franchise tag. He will show up in time for the start of the regular season to collect his entire contract, because he has to play under a 1-year contract at this point, and he can't get any more or less money or years. He will show up in time to play this season, but since he hasn't signed yet, like most veterans who hate training camp, he's taking his time to do so.

It's a matter of when, not if, he shows up.
