Keep Newton (5th) or R Rice (1st)

Looking for opinions on who to keep for my upcoming draft. 10 Team, PPR. The league is pretty standard but there are a few differences below.

1 pt - PPR
Bonus points for going over 100/150/200 rush/rec and 300/400/500 passing
6 pts per passing td
-2 for INT's

I will have the 6th draft choice so I would likely be looking at MJD/CJ24/Fitz/Welker with my 1st round pick if I keep Newton.

If I keep Rice, then I would elect to pick 10th (have ability to move down if I want) so my 2nd round pick would be from a similar set of players (give or take).

My hangup is that with 6 pts per passing TD, Newton isn't as valuable in our league compared to a league where passing TD's are only 4.

hypothetically, would I rather have Rice and Vick/Romo/Manning or Newton and MJD/CJ24/Fitz/Welker?

From a value perspective, I keep telling myself that Newton is the right choice but I'm on the wrong side of the top tier of first round players so I'm tempted to keep Rice.

I'd rather have Rice and Vick/Romo. Newton is a great value in the 5th but he's not the type of QB I would sacrifice at RB for.

I would keep Newton. I like the value in the 5th round and you still can get a top 10 RB in the 1st round.

Keep Rice, guaranteed stud. Unless your QB is Rodgers I wouldnt keep a QB over Rice.

I'm with 11stever11. Keeping Newton and the player you draft in the 1st will give you a better combo than Rice and whoever you draft in the 5th

If my choices are MJD and Newton or Rice and Romo, I'm going to take the second pair in a 10 team PPR league.
