Arian for Brees and SJax?

Postby Chibears » Mon Jul 30, 2012 5:28 pm

Hey all,

Thanks ahead of time and leave a link if you're looking for another opinion on yours.....

6 team league.....incredibly stacked rosters. Looking to get better at QB but not sure its worth giving up Foster for it. This is a non PPR league...redraft league. Point for every 10 yards rush and catch and point for every 25 yards pass. 6 for rush and catch TD, 4 for pass TD. Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR, 1 TE, 1D, 1 K. My roster is in sig but to make easier.....

QB- Matt Ryan and Eli Manning
RB - Arian Foster, Ryan Mathews, Trent Richardson, Mikel Leshoure, Doug Martin
WR - Victor Cruz, Julio Jones, AJ Green, Dez Bryant, Demaryius Thomas
TE - Jimmy Graham
K - Matt Prater
D - Cowboys

So, is it worth it to give Arian to get Brees and SJax? Would then plan on starting Brees, Mathews, Richardson, Cruz, Jones and then Green or SJaz at flex for the most part anyway. Thoughts?
QB - Mathew Stafford
RB - Doug Martin, Trent Richardson, Steven Jackson, Chris Ivory, Reggie Bush, Lamar Miller
WR - Dez Bryant, Larry Fitzgerald, Randall Cobb, Dwayne Bowe, DeSean Jackson, Alshon Jeffery
TE - Jimmy Graham
K - Phil Dawson
D/ST - Seahawks

I'd pass. You can upgrade at QB without losing Foster.

I would pass as well.
I drink because of the 1998 NFC championship game.

I never like trading away the best player in a deal. I have to be wowed, this is a fair trade, not wow territory
