This one is a no brainer, keep Rice.

I'm not the expert on keepers by any means but if I'm starting a keeper squad, I want the best talent (preferably guys that have a good deal of career ahead of them and are fairly "not old).
Rice is fantastic. Mega is mega. Brees is elite. You can't go wrong either way but you don't want to be adding marginal players when you can keep the best. Consider who helps your starters make the best ppr impact.

It's about scoring and beating your opponent every week.
I don't ascribe to ADP too much but who helps you win every week no doubt? That's the question that keeps you strong for years.

Yeah, I've been about 75% sure on taking Rice, I was just exploring the other potentials. I do think the chance to grab an upper tier receiver with the first pick in round 3 makes stacking my RB corps the wisest choice.

Go for it, bro. There's no all inclusive strategy. Different things work in different scenarios. I'm sure you'll do fine.

I would take Rice then focus on your WRs. Im sure MJD will play and the thought of your starting RBs being MJD and Rice with bye week fill (or flex if you have that) being Bush is amazing. There is great WR value in the 3rd - 5th rounds and great QB and TE values in the 6th-9th rounds.
