Fellas... need some help.
Got an offer tossed to me... give up Maclin and get Sproles. This is a 0.5 pt PPR league.
5th year dynasty -- 12 teams
Standard Yahoo scoring plus 0.5 PPR
Standard Yahoo roster plus RB/WR flex
My team -
QB - Cam Newton, Philip Rivers, Eli Manning
RB - Adrian Peterson, Darren McFadden, Chris Johnson, Rashard Mendenhall, Ryan Williams, Kevin Smith
WR - Andre Johnson, Greg Jennings, Jeremy Maclin, Mike Williams (TB), Laurent Robinson
TE - Jason Witten, Greg Olsen
D - NYJets
I'm a little thin at WR depth right now but just need 3 weekly starters. We have our annual 3 round mini draft that begins August 20th and I have 10th overall pick each round. I could maybe target young WR to add to depth then? Plus FA market will still hold value once draft is completed.
I just worry about RB health (if I start 3 weekly) with AP, DMC, and Mendenhall. Ryan Williams is a work in progress and who knows how long KevSmith will be in the mix.
I could flip Maclin for Sproles and then maybe look to move a big name RB for WR down the road?
Last season with our scoring... Sproles had 228 pts... and Maclin 145. But Maclin is getting a lot more hype entering this season.
Should I sit on this deal and reevaluate after the mini draft completes in a few week or jump on it now?
