Who would you rather have. 6 pt per td league. 12 teams. 25yds per 1 pt pass. 10yds per 1 pt rush

I'd rather have Romo this year. With VJ gone and sounding like Matthews is going to be the focus this year, I think Romo will outscore Rivers. However, I think they will be close, along with Matt Ryan. Theyre all about the same to me.

For me the pick is Romo. Better weapons and turns the ball over less.

I am already hearing about River's arm strength still looking diminished. That's troubling for me. Last year we could blame it on playing through an injury, but for it to still be there..... Give me Romo

wouldn't touch either one as your starter......both are 15-20 in rankings......

I disagree. There are not 14 Qb's better than Romo. He had great weapons (Dez, Austin, Witten) and a running game to take the pressure off. I think Romo is capable of topping his 31 TD's last year.

Personally, I'd feel more comfortable with Romo.

Rivers losing V-Jax is certainly going to impact his production. Gates' injury woes and his advancing age is also a concern. There are tons of questions regarding what the hell happened to him last year. His 25 turnovers was unsettling and now that he's missing another major weapon in Jackson, I really question if he'll be in the top half of all fantasy quarterbacks. Floyd and Meachem could be a nice combo, but I'm still not sold since neither has ever shown a consistently strong track record.

Romo, on the other hand, always puts up solid numbers when he's healthy. He's had at least 25 TDs in four of the past five years and the only anomaly was two years ago when he got hurt. He has good weapons around him in Bryant, Austin and Witten. I think he's going to put up good, not great, numbers for a fantasy quarterback. He won't carry your team too often, but he certainly won't sink you like Rivers did last year.
