VJax or DJax?

Postby V » Wed Aug 01, 2012 12:01 pm

I have $8 left (after the minimum $1 per bench player) and need a better flex than CJ Spiller. I'm currently looking at Vincent Jackson and DeSean Jackson and hoping I can land one for $9 or less ($9 leaves me with just $1 per bench guy).

Should I throw everything at one of the two? Or should I split my dollars up for a couple guys like Garcon and Meachem, and have a few extra dollars for bench RBs?

Here's my current roster:

QB: Tony Romo - $37
QB: Matt Schaub - $22
RB: Jamaal Charles - $35
RB: Doug Martin - $25
WR: Calvin Johnson - $40
WR: Dez Bryant - $14
TE: Jacob Tamme - $2
Flex: CJ Spiller - $6
DEF: Baltimore - $1
K: Currently Empty - $1

BN: LaGarrette Blount - $2

$15 to fill in 7 more bench spots

I'd rather have Meachem and Garcon over just Vjax or just Djax, but that's because I'm pretty high on Meachem this year.

I would go for more depth at WR and RB than spending money on DJax or VJax,

I agree with this. You can probably get better players for less money. VJAX and DJAX are both underachievers.

100% agree, you should be able to get pretty decent depth if you sit on your money and let everybody else run out

+1 I think both are underachievers and the money is better spent elsewhere.
