Iphone App HELP

Postby canuck7783 » Fri Aug 03, 2012 6:52 am

I have a question about where to find a certain type of iphone app. This is what I'm looking for. We have team owner that isn't going to be able to make the live draft. Is there an app out there that him and I can both log into and as the live draft is going on I can mark the players off a list as they are drafted. The team owner that is away will be able to see the players as they are drafted, and he will know when it is his turn to draft and he can pick a player. I think this would be a lot easier then texting him every time a player is picked or having him on speaker phone. If anyone knows of an app like this, that would be very helpful. If not, I might have to design one asap.

The first thing that comes to my mind would be to create a Google doc with the top 300 on it, share the doc with him, and have him download an app like Google Apps Browser which would allow him to view the spreadsheet on his phone. As the draft goes on you can highlight the drafted players in yellow which would be easy as changing tabs and clicking one button.

You can use the SleeperBot Draftboard.

Put this on the TV for your live draft, and send the Live Draft link to your friend who is going to draft remotely.

Try it right now with him and let me know if you run into any issues (it's completely free). I've already done it successfully last year. You can do an entire draft with all remote drafters.
