If he takes the settlement and comes back early will he be back in the starting lineup? Is it worth a ww pickup and bench spot to wait 8 weeks for him to play? Saints do have Lofton and Hawthorne. Would they move him outside?

probably depends on how deep your bench is...

I think Lofton is a better player and will keep the job..
