Third party draft sites?

Hello

I am the commissioner of a fairly serious league that has been going on now for five years. This is the first of those were a significant amount of us will not make it live for our annual draft party.

We do not really like the yahoo setting for on-line drafts and would like to find some site that can implement with what is going on at the party while others can draft on-line with us.

Are there any free options that can do this well?

At my draft, we always have at least one guy that can't make it, but he can make himself available during that time, just not in person. If this is your situation, what we have always done is use something like google talk / skype / mumble / etc and plop a laptop in a chair so it looks like they are there lol. We have always used Google Talk because of its reliability, and have used it for 3 absent guys once, great. I will also point the laptop cam at the draft board so that person can see who has been drafted, even though they can hear and should be taking tabs themselves. Hope this helps. Makes it feel as though they are there, whereas an online type draft loses the comradery.
