In Search of: Mock Draft w/ preset rds 1-3

I doubt I'm the first to want this tool - but cant't find any posts on it or any website through the vast interwebs.

Got a 12 team keeper league* and want to simulate a few rounds after setting the first 3 rounds with everyone's keepers. (basic version)

or in an ideal world - customize scoring, set max/min roster positions, set traded draft picks, allow for some teams to keep less than 3 keepers (and draft in rd 1,2,3 as applicable) (adv. version)

Probably more of a draft simulator than a mock since it wouldn't run with other live participants.
