Is this a good idea? Anyone tried this before?

I've been thinking of starting a new league but running it a little different...
There would be 10 owners. Each owner would select 3 NFL teams during the draft. Players from those teams would end up being the pool of players they would need to use to get a starting lineup each week.

For instance, if my teams were Packers, Lions, and Colts. I would have to fill my lineup with only players from those three teams.

The waiver wire/free agent list would consist of two NFL teams. Owners could drop their team and pick up another team.

I'm sure I'm not the first person to come up with an idea like this.

So what do you guys think?

Cool idea, I think you can fill a league with those settings, people would do it on the side for some extra fun
