Who to target around pick #16? WHIR

I took Chris Johnson in Round 1 - throw some names out who I should be targeting at pick #16? A 2nd Tier RB? A WR? Even A TE? I will probably not take a guy like Stafford with QB so deep.

I would target Charles in the second round. If he is not there I think one of the TEs are solid options.

Charles at 16 is nice. I agree with just sticking around and waiting to get a Matt Ryan/Manning/Romo around rd6. You can win your league with one of those guys, and you have a better lineup to field at the skill spots.

While i like Charles, it depends on who else is there that could fall. Maybe Jennings/Roddy/Welker could fall to you there. With half a PPR I like their numbers

All those WR has question marks or guys on their teams that may be better than them. Ala Jordy Nelson, Julio Jones and Brandon Lloyd.
