4th Pick: Please help!!!! WHIR

I'm in a 10-team, PPR keeper league and I have 4th overall pick. Scoring is fairly standard and we start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1FLEX, 1K, 1DST. My keepers are currently Romo (QB), McFadden (RB) & Marshall (WR). Because of the scarcity of quality RBs this season, I am planning to draft a RB at this pick and I have reviewed IMO the top 5 RB options available after all keepers have been slotted and here is what I came up with:
- Marshawn Lynch, RB
- Steven Jackson, RB
- Trent Richardson, RB
- Adrian Peterson, RB
- Jamal Charles, RB

Another option would be to pick either of the best WR options on the board instead, Roddy White or Greg Jennings. Please help rank my options.

I would probably go with Trent Richardson in a keeper league. I'm not sure how he'll do this year coming off minor knee surgery, but he has the best upside long term for me. He is a very highly rated prospect.

Lynch is a possibility, but he takes a lot of punishment the way he runs and will probably get suspended this year or next. Steven Jackson has a lot of tread on hs tires, but might outperform Trent this year, but not long term. Please help with mine.

I like AP in a keeper league. They activated AP off of the PUP for a reason, so it is guaranteed that he will not start the season on the pUp

I rank those 5 RBs like this (after the announcement of the surgery):

Charles
Richardson
Lynch
AP
SJax

I personally would take White over AP and SJ, being as this is a PPR league where Roddy averages 100 catches. I don't trust AP this year, and SJax is on his last stand, which lowers his value in a keeper league.

I understand wanting to get another good RB, but there are times when the value of one of the most consistent WR1s for the past few years in fantasy is too good for me to pass up.
