Which starting lineup do you prefer?

I have the 2nd overall pick in a keeper league, and based on keepers, have developed the following two plans depending on if 1.01 takes Rodgers or Rice (both currently free agents) first overall. He seems amenable to trading the pick for an upgrade later, so I want to know if it's worth trading up for Rice; is the Rice setup better than the Rodgers, do you think?

Rodgers at 1.02:
QB: Aaron Rodgers
RB: Jamaal Charles
RB: Doug Martin
WR: Brandon Lloyd
WR: Vincent Jackson
WR: DeSean Jackson
TE: Jacob Tamme

Rice at 1.02 (or traded up to 1.01):
QB: Tony Romo
RB: Ray Rice
RB: Jamaal Charles
WR: Brandon Marshall
WR: Brandon Lloyd
WR: DeSean Jackson
TE: Jacob Tamme

I would rather have Rodgers since I think you will lose too much value later in the draft by trading up
