To me, keeping Gronk for a 14th rounder is the way to go. You will not get Rice, but you will be able to get a quality RB at 12. I think the combination of Gronk and your first pick will be better then your combination of Rice and your 14th round pick.

I think I'd stick with Rice here. You're passing on major value but I think getting a top tier running back really cannot be made up for the way you could make up for losing out on Gronk. TE has a lot of potential to be deep this year.

Rice hands down.......get one of the top 3 backs, area of greatest weakness......then if another RB is there is Rd 2....take him.....if you can get AP, or F Jackson, or even S Jackson...take two of the top RB's......
this is a 7 player elite draft if you can get one of the 7 @ 12 you have to do it (3 qb's, 3 rb's and Calvin).......Gronk is a stud.....but due to fall... may be #3 or #4 for TE's this year......
