I just took over a team in a 16 team, 12 keeper head to head league with a 6 round supplemental draft upcoming. Pretty standard yardage and touchdown league.
I was offered the following trade:
My Jimmy Graham and Jacquizz Rodgers
for Roddy White, Kellen Winslow, Donald Jones
Now I'm already leaning towards turning it down because this team feels like its well on the downswing with Graham being my only real solid young talent, while White and Winslow are probably due for statistical decline this year. I also don't see big things in Jones future. Even though Rodgers may never be a starter, I'd hate to go into the draft with only 2 RBs on my roster.
However I'm looking at possible counter offers I can make. My running game is pretty barren (and with 16 teams, productive running backs seem pretty hard to come upon). So, would swapping in someone like Ryan Williams, Toby Gerhart, or possibly Felix Jones in place of Donald Jones make this trade worthwhile for me?
My roster:
QB - Peyton Manning
HB - Reggie Bush
HB - Roy Helu
WR - Santana Moss
WR - Torrey Smith
WR - Doug Baldwin
TE - Jimmy Graham
Flex (HB/WR/TE) - Nate Burleson
K - Stephen Gostkowski
Def - 49ers
Bench - Ryan Fitzpatrick, Jacquizz Rodgers
Probable non-keepers - Ryan Torrain, Andre Caldwell, Keiland Williams, Devery Henderson, Rex Grossman
