Should I accept Steve Smith and Stevie Johnson for Percy Harvin and Nate Washington?

I have Julio Jones as my WR1, Harvin as WR2 and Washington in the Flex spot.

Its a PPR league. My rankings have Smith and Johnson ranked higher then Harvin and Washington but I don't want to make any dumb decisions before the season starts. Thanks

Is this a keeper/dynasty or just a straight redraft?

Also, I really like Harvin in PPR. With AP out he's their best offensive weapon, I think they'll give it to him a lot, both as a WR and he showed he can handle it out of the backfield. But I also like Steve and Stevie more than Washington, even though he was very good w/o Britt last year.
