At the moment i have 2 non paying owners ($25)and the draft starts this Sunday Aug 19th. If i don't find replacement owners should i :
Draft for the open spots myself and try to find owners for the finished teams or Delay the draft ?
Delaying the draft is a big problem because its a email fleaflicker draft and its slow. Email Draft usually takes 11 to 15 days to finish.

With a pay league, you want a payment deadline that is well in advance of the draft to account for this very issue. If someone doesn't pay by the deadline, then you'll have to find someone else (or give them an extension if they just forgot or whatever). But, if you wait until draft day to collect payment, then you're just asking for trouble. How many are in the league? If it's only 2 people and they don't pay, you could always just run the league without them, assuming you've got at least 10 other people involved.

10 Team league and the deadline for payment was Aug 7th. Not sure why its so hard to fill vacancies this year.
