Draft pick trade in dynasty

I'm in a 10 team dynasty league, I have a pretty, strong team, but need to keep talented youth on the roster. This is a ppr, 6pt all td league, 25 man roster, 3rd rookie draft. I have the 1.1, 1.7 and 3.7 draft picks. I'm looking to make a trade for the 1.4 pick as well and I'd then have a few options available. I'm taking Richardson at 1 and I know Martin is going 2. I would like either Luck or RGIII as my qb for the next 10-15yrs. So do I move up to 4 to get one or hope that one of the falls to me at 1.7? Here are the qb's on the teams picking 3-6
3- Vick, Big Ben, Stafford
4- Cutler (and a bears fan), Palmer
5- Stafford, Schaub, Locker
6- Brady, Freeman

My roster - pretty sure I could move Nelson for #4 start qb, 2 RB, 3 wr, te, k, 2 dip
QB- Eli, Ryan
WR- Fitz, Calvin, Colston, J. Nelson, Rice, Decker, Manningham
RB- AP, Richardson (draft), Bradshaw, Green-Ellis, Benson, Starks, Hardesty, K Smith
TE- Gronk, Daniels, Clark

I would trade up to 1.4 to grab one of those QBs. Personally, I like RG3 better because he currently has a stronger supporting cast, but Luck will be awesome as well. J. Nelson will not post the same fantasy points this year.
