Hit accept now and be happy, quick, quick quick!!!!! For Marshall alone I would do it, Manningham is thrown in is somewhat of a bonus. I do like S. Johnoson, but he isn't as good a wr as Marshall, and the Mann / Baldwin is a wash. Good luck.

You get the best player in the deal, and you get another end-of-the-bench-could-break-out kind of guy in Manningham for Baldwin.
