What should I offer for DMC?

I really want DMC on my team, he was the one and only person I was hoping to really get this year but I wasn't going to pass up Ray Rice to draft him second overall. What do you think would be a fair trade I could offer the DMC owner that would be a good move for me? It sounds like the owner would be willing to trade him and I'm just trying to get an idea of some possibilities to throw his way. It's a non-ppr league and we start 2 RB's and 3 WR's...my team and his team are listed below:

QB: Romo, Freeman
RB: Rice, F. Jackson, McGahee, Doug Martin, Ingram
WR: Fitz, Julio, Djax, Malcom Floyd, R. Moss, T. Young

This will help your wide receivers quite a bit. I am not a believer in DJax. He does not see much red zone targets, and he has to compete for targets with Maclin.

I love McFadden this year, but there is no way I trade away Rice to get him. He is pretty good at WR, so gonna be tough to make it happen. Stever's offer is a fair one, just not one I would want to do.
