We have been doing a dynasty league for about 10 years now. A 20 team dynasty league. Needless to say over the years there have been some teams that have been super neglected. The only way to improve your team is trade or "rookie" draft pretty much. No one wants to trade RB's so unless you tank a year and are able to grab the top RB from that years draft you will never get a good one. There is no competitive balance anymore, there are at least 10 teams that have no shot at winning every year.
So, we are constricting the teams down to 16. I'm wanting to know if anyone has ever done anything like this and how you did it? Should we just put the 4 teams player into the waiver pool and do a sort of waiver draft with the worst teams from last year getting first dibs?
Any advice or experience you may have with this will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
