ESPN Roster Problems - What am I Missing Here?

I am having a problem with a reactivated ESPN league and for the life of me, I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. A few weeks ago I reactivated a league that I am the commissioner of and set an online draft time for next week. However, all of the team rosters have remained despite the fact that it is not a keeper league. Teams are even able to drop players at this point.

What am I missing here? Will the rosters automatically reset when the draft starts or is there something that I need to do in order to "reset" all the rosters. Are reactivated leagues only for keeper leagues? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I seem to be missing something incredibly obvious but can't see to figure out what it is.

Don't worry...everything will get reset 1 hour before the draft. They do this to allow you to scout what players other teams used last year.
