Keep Newton, Graham or Sproles in PPR League? WHIR

I have the 2nd overall pick in the draft and am allowed to keep either Cam Newton, Jimmy Graham or Darren Sproles from my team last year. It's a 12 team PPR league with QB's getting 6 pts for a Pass TD. I've seen Cam, Graham and Sproles all drafted in the 2nd and 3rd rounds of drafts in no particular order. Since I have the 2nd overall pick and the 1st overall pick is on record as taking Rodgers, I'd like to take Foster with the 2nd overall pick. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Not sure if I understand... but if you have the 2nd pick and all TDs=6, then your pick NEEDs to probably be Brees or Brady? How many RBs do you start each week? If you have decided to go with an RB on your first pick, then I'd probably go with Rice(and probably McCoy) over Foster, since Rice/McCoy have no Ben Tates behind them.

We start 1QB, 2 RBs, 2WRs, 1TE, 1FLEX(WR/RB), 1K and 1 DEF. A QB gets 6 pts for a PASS TD in our PPR League. I'm open to taking whomever at the 2nd overall pick. Should I take Brees or Brady at 2nd overall pick? Who should I keep then between Graham or Sproles?
